Rest Days - Thu 3 Dec to Sat 5 Dec 2009 (for those participating in the Sabah tournament)

Training starts - Sun 6 Dec 3PM - Sentosa Court

Notes:

There will be 2 training plans - one for those going to National Junior Circuit Inter Team, Bukit Kiara, KL

and obviously the other one for those left behind!
